The entrepreneur’s life is “exciting.” I’ve lived all of it.

A Professional EOS Implementer® serving leadership teams across the Southeast
I started my first business right after 9/11. My wife was pregnant with our third child, and the economy was melting down in the aftermath of the dot-com bubble. I learned quickly that the entrepreneur's life is "exciting": the wins, the losses, the growth spurts, and plenty of bumps along the way ('08 financial crisis, anyone?). To say nothing of the constant pressure and lack of sleep.
That run lasted twelve years. Afterward, working alongside entrepreneurial software companies, I noticed leadership teams were most often challenged by the simple evolution of their businesses. Bad processes created inefficiencies. People who only "kind of" fit the company or the job created friction. Varying priorities created confusion. And unresolved issues that resurfaced over and over again created constant stress. Leaders worked nights and weekends, and the dream they started with always seemed just out of reach.
It pained me to watch, because I'd lived it.
Then two separate friends, both EOS clients, raved about how EOS had revolutionized their businesses. It grabbed my attention. I realized EOS was a simple, proven system that dovetailed with my skills and experience, and would let me help entrepreneurs get what they truly want from their businesses and lead more fulfilling lives.
So that's what I do now.
